SouthCoast Woodburners are a local Dorset based company servicing clients in the southern counties with the supply and installation of quality wood burning and multifuel stoves.
We are a HETAS Registered Company.
What We Do
We specialize in supplying and installing modern eco friendly wood and multi fuel heating appliances, plus all your chimney and flue requirements.
How We Do It
We pride ourselves on our detail, passion and enthusiasm to get the job done right.
During our visit, we will carry out the following:-
Survey
Measure the area to be heated – taking into consideration whether the appliance will be used as a primary or secondary heat source. In addition we will look at the following:
- The age of property
- The level of insulation
- The construction and location of the property.
Requirements
Discuss style of stove based on your requirements and make recommendations.
Discuss type of hearth (if required)
Explanation of any building, structural, plastering or rendering work required.
Answer any questions you may have.
After we leave, a quotation will be provided within 5 working days containing a full breakdown of all the above items that have been discussed with you.
Installation
Carry out the installation of the wood burning/multifuel stove to the highest standards paying particular attention to the finishing touches.
- Test appliance
- Clean work area- floor and furniture dust sheets provided
- Removal of waste
- Issue a HETAS certificate of compliance – saving you hundreds of pounds contacting building control to come and sign off your installation.
We will also look after any alterations that may be required for your chimney including flue lining. All work carried out will comply with the current Document J building regulations.
