Wood Burning Stoves - The Installation Process
The Survey
We will first measure the area to be heated – taking into consideration whether the appliance will be used as a primary or secondary heat source.
In addition we will look at the following:
- The age of property
- The level of insulation
- The construction and location of the property.
Your Requirements
Following the survey we will discuss the style of wood burner or multifuel stove based on your requirements and make any recommendations.
The type of hearth (if required) will be discussed with you.
A full explanation of any building, structural, plastering or rendering work, required will be provided.
We will answer any questions you may have.
After we leave, a quotation will be provided within 5 working days containing a full breakdown of all the items that have been discussed with you.
The Installation
We will carry out the installation of the wood burning/multifuel stove to the highest standards paying particular attention to the finishing touches.
Following the installation a full test of the wood burning/multifuel stove will be performed.
Once the work has been completed we will clean the work area, (floor and furniture dust sheets are provided), and remove any waste.
A HETAS certificate of compliance will be issued for the installation of your wood burner or multifuel stove – saving you hundreds of pounds contacting building control to come and sign off your installation.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
